Scenario
The Garvey sisters are linked by their parents’ deaths and a promise to always protect each other. Sharon Horgan (Eva) is the older sister of former Irish rugby player Shane Horgan. Eve Hewson (Becka) is the daughter of U2’s Bono.

Brian Gleeson (Thomas) is the son of actor Brendan Gleeson and brother of actor Domhnall Gleeson. in the episode (2022). Bad Sisters is brilliantly executed in every detail, starting with its great script.
The ensemble is fantastic, clearly very good
But it is also excellent technically, with a great soundtrack and cinematography, combined with very good locations. They take their time with their material and provide many laugh-out-loud moments, but they are capable of the pathos necessary for shows of this nature. Bad Sisters is a true black comedy in every sense of the word – but a sympathetic one – with a rich Irish humour that bursts through and invests us in the sister’s fortunes.
So we are all conflicted – brilliant!
So even though the girls are not doing well, there is always the lingering question – ‘are they really?’ – because we identify with their situation and the judgements they form. If you are an overly sensitive man, for example, if you don’t like the worst aspects of men’s behaviour being exposed and influenced, … then you really need to watch this show and feel for yourself, it will do well and offer some perspective on how everyone else remains in the treadmill of selfish masculinity.
