They are also, part Fixer, Problem Solver and Facilitator as well

Typically, a landman’s job is to negotiate and finalize contracts with landowners with mineral rights to lease those rights to the company they represent Essentially, they manage the land and secure the leases, so they can drill oil and gas. Like a foreman on a construction site, they build out roads, living quarters for the workers (man-camp), assemble the excavation machinery and drill the well itself especially in remote locations.

So far the show is good very good, one feeling I can’t shake is the daughter. In the show they state the daughter is 17 years old, then proceed to sexualize her in an extreme way!

Shower scene, talking sex with her dad, showing her butt!

All those scenes have 0 to do with the story line and makes it for an uncomfortable watch. I understand what they are doing with the character, a daughter going down the wrong path and her father is going to get her on the right path.

I wish they rewrote her charter and no clue how this got through editors

Could have been easily avoided just stating she was 18, you can be 18 and still in high school!
