Detective Kat Donovan’s world is shattered when she finds her estranged fiancé on a dating app, leading her to re-investigate her father’s unsolved murder. This will be the 4th Harlan Coben novel, starring Richard Armitage. Here’s a revised and polished version of the update: I’ve only watched all five episodes. I wasn’t really feeling the second episode, but I decided that Cohen adaptations largely follow a pattern of unrelated or overly complicated storylines that come together nicely in the final episode. While the previous ones were pretty good, this one was pretty weak in comparison. There wasn’t much of a story in this one, and all the "aha" moments were crammed into the last episode’s typical Cohen that I saw. The acting was okay, and the characters weren’t terrible, but the story just wasn’t compelling or engaging. I felt like I just had to get to the end, but if there were other options in the queue, I would definitely put this one first. Is there anything you would like to change further?
